Canderel’s Forêt Forest Hill is a new mixed-use condo building in Toronto. Near Clair Avenue West and Bathurst Street, this pre-construction project will be located at 490 St Clair Avenue W. These new residential towers will be 35, 33, and 32 stories tall, with a total of 825 units.
