The Huron is a notable new construction project in one of Brooklyn's trendiest neighbourhoods, providing homeowners with enduring views of the Manhattan skyline and the River as well as a relaxed waterfront lifestyle. Morris Adjmi designed The Huron, which is made up of two large residential buildings and 171 exquisite residences. With its golden metal coating, gridded windows imported from Europe, and redbrick base, the façade embodies Greenpoint's rich maker heritage.

The Huron's interiors are elegantly informal and have a timeless quality to them. Floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and East River are framed by wide plank engineered hardwood floors and lofty ceilings. Nest WiFi-enabled thermostats are linked with energy-efficient multi-zone VRF heating and cooling systems that operate quietly. Slabs of polished Italian Dolit marble contrast with imported, custom-made, two-tone white and washed walnut cabinets and drawers in the kitchens. The apartments come with a full complement of integrated Miele equipment, matte black Signature faucets, and built-in Insinkerators. Bosch washer/dryers are also included with every house.

The Huron's residents have immediate access to Brooklyn's developing waterfront as well as over 30,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed facilities. A 50-foot indoor saltwater pool with views of the river, a state-of-the-art fitness centre equipped with Peloton bikes, a movement/dance studio featuring ballet bars and mirrors, and individual locker rooms featuring a sauna are just a few of the active areas. A formal dining room, a game room, a co-working space with booths, conference space, and a gorgeous resident's lounge with a pool table are all available. A well-kept coastal promenade and an 8,000 square foot private park with kid-friendly play facilities are examples of outdoor areas. A pet spa, a bicycle room, a package room with cold storage, private storage, on-site attendant parking, and a 24-hour concierge are among the other amenities.
The Huron is near Transmitter Park, Newtown Barge Playground, Greenpoint Beach, and a host of neighbourhood eateries, pubs, cafes, and stores. There are two public transit options: the NYC Ferry and the G subway line.
